OMG it's been faaar too long since I've updated properly and I feel really deprived of LJ right now! Ugh! But thankfully this week is my last week before the holidays so I'll hopefully have a lot more time to do more than just memes!

OMG I'm sooo pissed off right now!! I wrote a big entry here and then Firefox decided to be a wanker and closed down on me so I lost it all! So much for the autosave function on LJ! UGH!

Anyway, I'm going to write the brief version here cos I'm just so annoyed at losing all of that! :(

This is going to be pic heavy after the cut, fair warning to you. But it may not be overly pic-filled, it just depends how slow my uploading speed is here. The pictures didn't come out too bad, just slightly dark or something but I blame the flash/lighting... still amazing!

So, Tuesday in Belfast was the best night of my life! Green Day played Armatage Shanks and I will forever love them for that! Everytime I see that on a toilet I think of them lol.

They played for over 2 hours with 2 encores, ending with Time of Your Life which pretty much means I can die happy now after hearing Billie sing that!

I got to see Mike cos we were towards his side of the stage. I love that man! I don't know why but he's just so damn guh!

Billie Joe nearly stopped my heart when he was dressed in the policeman outfit. God he is hot in a uniform!

And Tre was awesomely funny in a kinky bra! xD

Words cannot fully explain just how much that night meant to me. I've worshipped these guys for about 10 years now and I'm just so glad they finally came to Belfast! They said the last time they were here was 1991 when they were about 19 and fucked on LSD wandering around our city!

I love Doctor Horrible right now and I feel there isn't enough Dr Horrible/Penny love on my laptop right now. It's a simple wallpaper but I like it because it's sweet and a lovely scene. I'll probably use this for a while because it's not a dark or in anyway depressing image greeting me everytime I look at my desktop. I'm trying to keep it cheery! Is this enough of an explanation? I'm not sure I can say much more about my choice of wallpaper, I just like it, especially because someone made it for me as a gift! :D

1. What's the best Halloween costume you've worn? (Or seen if you dont dress up) I do dress up but I tend to lean towards the whole cliched vampire/goth look lol so I'll just say I saw such an awesome Halloween costume last week when Andrew was showing me pics from Halloween in Liverpool last year. It was a guy dressed up fully like the Pope! I wish I could post the photo cos it's just hilarious, with a big staff thing and everything! But it's on Andy's friend's facebook.
2. If you could only drink 1 beverage for the rest of your life, what would it be? I think I could probably live happily only ever drinking Club Lemon... I was gonna say Dr Pepper but I'm getting sick of that as it is...
3. Vampire, werewolf, or pirate? Ooh I like all three but I'm totally one of those sad people who love vampires! lol it all started with Buffy all those years ago...
4. Favorite movie of all time? I could be wrong here but I think I have to say my favourite movie ever is Grosse Pointe Blank! It's just amazing!
5. Believe in life on other planets? I think I maybe do but not so much in the little green men idea... Maybe just like organisms and stuff...? I haven't really given it much thought though.

1. You get to live in one episode of Supernatural for a day... which episode would you choose? OMG this is a hard one!! I really wanna say Mystery Spot but I don't think I could deal with Dean dying over and over and over... Also, that Trickster is unbelievably annoying! So I think I would wanna live in 'Monster Movie' because I just think that episode is pretty funny and so different from the rest. I also think that if I had to live in that episode for a day there's a pretty good chance I would survive due to the fact that the monsters are all the one weird guy who isn't very good... Dracula on a moped too... like wtf!? lol
2. What is your dream job? It's really the end product of what I'm studying right now. I really want to be a biomedical scientist (which is the course I'm on) and maybe go on to branch out and specialise in cancer research one day. I'd need to work on a few more years and get a phD first though.
3. You have to listen to one band on repeat for a week.. which band do you choose? Ooh, bit of a toughie! I think I have to say Bowling For Soup because I never get sick of any of their songs and a month ago they were pretty much all I was listening to for over a week anyway.
4. What's hotter... a badass musician or a sexy actor? I think sexy actor lol badass musicians are a bit overrated these days... Give me Jensen Ackles!
5. If you could move right now, to any place in the world, where would you move? (Assuming everything is going to be paid for) I would move to TEXAS!! I don't know specifically why but there's just something about that place that makes me feel like I want to spend my retirement days there! lol I've never been before but it's definitely going to be the first thing I do after graduation as long as I can afford it. I have a kinda penpal friend I met on Bebo a few years ago who lives there and she's sent me pics of Dallas where she lives and it just seems so perfect and appealing to me.
